What is the advantage and disadvantage of gender inequality at work?

It is no doubt that women will have more employment opportunities. However, if gender inequality continues at workplaces, women will suffer from more discrimination.

Women can work in a variety of fields so that they can prove that they are not less capable than men in their workplace. For example, in the construction industry, a woman can be both a designer and a construction worker.

However, there is discrimination that women cannot avoid in the workplace. An example would be when women enter the male workplace, they may face gender discrimination because most people believe that women do not have management and crisis management skills, and these people believe that women are only suitable for simple jobs.
